While walking around Beacon Hill on Saturday, Jon and I noticed climbing roses against a brick house. It was surprising to see roses on a cold fall day and I liked the contrast of bright, white flowers and shiny leaves against old red brick.
Happy Thanksgiving and thank you, as always, for reading my blog!
Hi Deborah,
ReplyDeleteWe will be in Boston for Thanksgiving - I hope the weather is still fair enough for roses. Enjoy yours!
All best,
Phyllis
How beautiful. A testament to the strength and beauty of the rose.
ReplyDeleteHi, Deborah - A lovely sight....especially for chilly November! Our roses have gone to sleep for the season. It's starting to feel like Thanksgiving now.....have a great one my friend!

ReplyDeleteHi Deb...I can't believe you found roses still blooming, how wonderful! Although I just trimmed mine back and they had new growth on them must be the semi warm days we're having.
